PlayStation Plus subscribers are counting down to the reveal of the free PS4 and PS5 games for December 2025.
Fortunately, there’s not long to wait, because the line-up will be officially unveiled by Sony at 4.30pm GMT UK time on the afternoon of November 26.
Sadly, however, fans will have to wait a little longer for the games to launch, because the titles won’t actually be available to download until December 2.
As it’s the end of the year, subscribers are really hoping for something special, similar to previous months when the likes of Alan Wake 2, Lies of P and Balatro have appeared.
However, if the monthly Reddit predictions are to be believed, the December headliner might not be anything to write home about.
Perhaps with Christmas coming up and the weather growing colder, many Reddit users think South Park Snow Day might join the line-up.
While previous South Park games have been fairly well received, Snow Day only has a 59% score on Metacritic.
The game has been criticised for its shallow, repetitive gameplay and lack of content.
Other fans are a little more optimistic, believing Sony may add a Resident Evil game to the PS Plus Essentials line-up, or Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
There are also picks for first-party games like Gran Turismo 7, LEGO Horizon Adventures and Stellar Blade. Any of those three would certainly help to sell a few more subscriptions at Christmas.
Titles like Hades, Atomic Heart, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Lords of the Fallen also rack up lots of picks.
Check back on November 26 for the full line-up and any leaks.
