Czechia vs Denmark, Who Will Play Team Canada?
Team Canada has advanced to the 2026 Winter Olympics Quarter-finals, where they await the winner of the Czechia vs Denmark game.
Offensively, several NHL players deserve credit for Canada’s current position. Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers led the tournament in scoring with nine points. Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Macklin Celebrini of the San Jose Sharks both recorded six points.
In net, Jordan Binnington of the St. Louis Blues and Logan Thompson of the Washington Capitals finished in the top five for save percentage amongst all goaltenders. This has created a potential battle in net for the quarter-finals, with Binnington’s latest start being a bit shaky.
