Sony kicked off its annual Days of Play event for 2026 by announcing the next wave of titles coming to PlayStation Plus in June. In a surprise early announcement, Sony confirmed that the June 2026 PS Plus Essentials line-up will be headlined by popular survival game Grounded Fully Yoked Edition, which is essentially Honey I Shrunk the Kids: The Game.
In addition to Grounded, PlayStation Plus Essentials subscribers will be able to pick up family-friendly brawler Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, as well as action-packed PS5 shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The next wave of PS Plus games have a June 2 release date and a 9am BST UK release time.

Grounded Fully Yoked Edition is definitely worth checking out, particularly if you have three friends for online co-op.
Sony explains more: “Shrink down and survive in a perilous, creature-filled backyard.
“Mysteriously shrunken down to the size of an ant, your intrepid young adventurer must fight for survival as they experience the backyard from an entirely new perspective.
“Explore a vast garden environment alone, or with the aid of up to three friends in online multiplayer, and gather the resources you need to build shelter and craft armour and weapons to protect yourself from the creatures that populate the backyard.
“As you progress, you’ll uncover the truth behind your tiny transformation and find out what it takes to return to your original size.”
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, on the other hand, is a Smash Bros. inspired fighting game featuring characters from famous Nickelodeon franchises.
This includes Garfield The Cat, Ren & Stimpy, SpongeBob Squarepants, Rocko from Rocko’s Modern Life and various characters from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The game reviewed pretty well, and is another one that’s well worth playing if you have some friends over.
Continuing the multiplayer theme, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a co-op-centric shooter in which players attempt to mow down waves of monsters using hardcore weaponry.
Needless to say, consider this your final warning to redeem the free games from May 2026 if you haven’t already.
Highly-rated action games Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and Nine Sols are both leaving PS Plus on June 2, so you’ll need to act fast to add them to your library.
On the plus side, May 2026 headliner EA Sports FC 26 is actually sticking around for a few more weeks, giving fans additional time to redeem it for free.
The annual football game will remain part of the service until June 16, which gives you plenty of time to download the World Cup update.
PlayStation Plus members can also grab a free EA Sports FC 26 PlayStation Plus Icons Pack during this time.
