Max Verstappen topped the leaderboard at the end of Day 1 of pre-season testing in Bahrain. It was a positive day for Verstappen as he tipped Lando Norris to first place.
Norris can be happy with his own performance on the first day. There were also good signs for RB’s Daniel Ricciardo and Alpine’s Pierre Gasly.
