ESPN’s Jeff Passan initially reported that the Dodgers made the move, and Jesse Rogers reported the financial details.

The New York Mets whiffed big time on Tucker, as the reports indicated they tried to sign him to an AAV deal of up to $50 million, but it ultimately doesn’t matter what they offered him, because the top free agent is headed to Southern California.
